Very close to transport links, bars, restaurants and shops. Slightly far from open places. Road can get noisy (very close to police station, plus traffic 24/7) and dirty - windows, balcony etc get soiled. Some tenants are not the most mindful, littering in bin room and being noisy at night, leaving front door open etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially confused but helpful. Now more knowledgeable and fast.

Noise levels from the road and other people’s balconies

Our building is situated perfectly between the station as well as our favourite restaurants, bars and shops in Peckham - all within 5 minutes walking distance. I have very little negative feedback to give about the area, it feels safe and convenient. The only issue could be you can hear people yelling on their way home from nights out on a weekend.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have always been responded to promptly and had our issues resolved in a timely manner.

The only issue we had moving in was figuring out the heating and hot water, however once we figured this out we have had no issues.

Really central location, easy transport links. Great bars and restaurants nearby. As on main road there is traffic sounds when your windows are open, but well sound proofed otherwise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been really helpful and responsive to any issues we have.

How the heating bill system worked- as it is a top up process.

Great place but didn’t like living on the main road. I liked the bike storage as well but it was broken for a few days earlier this year.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they helped fix our balcony door and helped me when our door became stuck

Main road is busy with flashing lights and the busses were same level as our floor

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent,easy access to amenities and the train station. The environment is neat and tidy. The transport link is very easy as the building is close to the busstop and train station. Easy to navigate and the street is neat and has a perfect street light.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive and helpful . Joel is always picking up his phone and he makes sure everything is sorted.

Wish i discovered this place earlier but it’s a perfect community and place to stay. Happy I got it.
