Very close to transport links, bars, restaurants and shops. Slightly far from open places. Road can get noisy (very close to police station, plus traffic 24/7) and dirty - windows, balcony etc get soiled. Some tenants are not the most mindful, littering in bin room and being noisy at night, leaving front door open etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially confused but helpful. Now more knowledgeable and fast.

Noise levels from the road and other people’s balconies

It’s a convenient location. Various types of restaurants and bars are code by. You hear sirens throughout the day which can be annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Reasonable timeframe if there are issues that need to be addressed.

I wish I knew there were police and ambulance sirens that pass all the time throughout the day.

Very close to Peckham’s local bars and restaurants. Queens Road itself has pubs and wine bars close to it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems responded to quickly by the onsite team or external professionals.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Better access to the garden - mainly used by residents walking dogs and isn’t always kept clean.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our building is situated perfectly between the station as well as our favourite restaurants, bars and shops in Peckham - all within 5 minutes walking distance. I have very little negative feedback to give about the area, it feels safe and convenient. The only issue could be you can hear people yelling on their way home from nights out on a weekend.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have always been responded to promptly and had our issues resolved in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue we had moving in was figuring out the heating and hot water, however once we figured this out we have had no issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really central location, easy transport links. Great bars and restaurants nearby. As on main road there is traffic sounds when your windows are open, but well sound proofed otherwise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been really helpful and responsive to any issues we have.

How the heating bill system worked- as it is a top up process.
