Quiet area with only a couple of small stores around. However, it's only a 5min walk away from Broad st and Brindley place where you can find restaurants and supermarkets. Several bus lines stop nearby. Tram like currently under construction

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When questions have been raised, they have been responsive in a 24h time period. They haven't followed up on a couple of non-urgent topics though.

There is construction going on in front of my building, therefore noise and views have been an issue for months now...

Very quiet location

I wish I would of known about the new building constructions that are quite nosy during the day from 8 to 5

What is the best feature of your home:

Location is perfect, walkable to all city centre venues

Nice open space around the building, not crammed but the construction work around are very inconvenient.

I wish i knew about the parking facilities, it is really difficult to put you car in the building' car park.

Good size of rooms and building itself and surrou ding areas

I do not like the area as there is a playground behind the building and it can be noisy.

Nothing

More sound proofing for the outdoors noise that comes frommthe playground

Location is nice but there are no family facilities nearby.

There is a garden but residents of the building are not allowed to use it and children can not play in there.

Size of the rooms and building, location is close to city centre
