Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s anything you need nearby and very efficient transport vise, 20 minutes to airport by train and all other destinations. All the shops and restaurants. We loved having Pollen bakery at our doorstep, best coffee and bakery ever. Noise also wasn’t a concern due to triple glazed windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didn’t have any issues with facilities and any minor reports was acted on immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was as expected for us, I highly recommend Kampus (esp Minshull building, as I think it has rather quiet residents) to anyone looking a place to live in.

A very expensive but attractive development

Near some of the less desirable parts of town (Piccadilly etc) but only a short walk from northern quarter and central bars and restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Small leak seen quickly, however no help re noise complaints and property often covered in litter

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How poorly maintained the outdoor space is and that commercial work was going to be ongoing right next to my flat.

We’re glad you find the unique character of the building appealing. However, we take your comments about the outdoor spaces seriously. We have been actively working to improve the situation, including holding meetings with the local police and the college to increase patrols in the area. We understand that the presence of anti-social behaviour can be concerning, and we are committed to enhancing safety and cleanliness. Our cleaning team attends to the gardens three times a day, especially after lunch, to ensure they remain tidy, and we have recently hosted events like "Coffee with a Cop" to encourage resident engagement with local authorities about any concerns. We are continually striving to improve the experience for our residents, and we appreciate your recommendation despite the challenges you've faced. If there are any specific issues you would like us to address, please let us know.

Very convenient location, close to the city centre and Piccadilly station. Great choice of bars and restaurants within the complex including Pollen for coffee and bakery, pizza at Nell’s, Great Northern Pie company, Madri Mexican and Yum Cha Chinese - all excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues are resolved very quickly and the reception staff are friendly and efficient, big shout out to Ed.

The quality of the bars and restaurants in the complex are all excellent.

Modern, secure facility with a community feel

Generally all positive. Great location and facilities are excelllent. Need to ensure they are maintained. eg Water was off recently and lift / entry fobs were failing. Needs continued drip feed investment

Yes. My sink leaked and my entry system was problematic. My sink is leaking again but i need to mention this. Again Faye Catlow is extremely responsive and follows up.

none - does what is says on the tin! Supermarket closing is a blow.
