Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s anything you need nearby and very efficient transport vise, 20 minutes to airport by train and all other destinations. All the shops and restaurants. We loved having Pollen bakery at our doorstep, best coffee and bakery ever. Noise also wasn’t a concern due to triple glazed windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didn’t have any issues with facilities and any minor reports was acted on immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was as expected for us, I highly recommend Kampus (esp Minshull building, as I think it has rather quiet residents) to anyone looking a place to live in.

All the areas, all very good. Bars, and nice are lovely. Everyone is here great. No problems. Ss

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always been effective. No problems. Building good and it has always been effectivex

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Kampus offers great convenience due to its central location in Manchester. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, making it easy to find good food and entertainment. Public transport is very accessible, with tram and bus stops within walking distance. However, traffic noise can be noticeable at times, especially during weekends. Parking availability is limited, and bin collections are sometimes inconsistent. That said, the overall safety of the area is good, and the presence of security personnel adds a sense of security.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive to any maintenance issues I have reported. Requests for repairs are usually handled quickly, and the maintenance team is professional and efficient. The communal areas are well-maintained, and any concerns about cleanliness or security are taken seriously.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While Kampus offers an amazing living experience, I wish I had known more about the occasional noise from nearby bars and events, especially on weekends.Despite this, the vibrant community and excellent facilities make up for these minor inconveniences.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location close to everything, amazing variety of shops , bars , cafes even on site. Bin is great . Noisy but expected . No anti-social behaviour on site , feel safe. Good window system- love the multifunctional opening system. Piccadilly station is 5 minutes away and im sure buses are close too however i have not needed to use any as location is so central/

In the process of, seems easy with the Kampus app.

Free tea or coffee in the co-working areas and also 10% off onsite cafes and bars !

There is a wide variety of shops in the area, transport links are very good. The street is safe and the noise levels are low.

Building management respond quickly and efficiently to any issues raised.

I wish I had checked out the wide variety of shops, restaurants, venues etc before moving in.
