Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s anything you need nearby and very efficient transport vise, 20 minutes to airport by train and all other destinations. All the shops and restaurants. We loved having Pollen bakery at our doorstep, best coffee and bakery ever. Noise also wasn’t a concern due to triple glazed windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didn’t have any issues with facilities and any minor reports was acted on immediately.

Everything was as expected for us, I highly recommend Kampus (esp Minshull building, as I think it has rather quiet residents) to anyone looking a place to live in.

There is a wide variety of shops in the area, transport links are very good. The street is safe and the noise levels are low.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management respond quickly and efficiently to any issues raised.

I wish I had checked out the wide variety of shops, restaurants, venues etc before moving in.

Amazing amenities and great location to everything. Great having Piccadilly station so close. The team were super helpful with moving in and Edmer made a great sell helping me decide between different apartments

There have been a few issues since moving in but all have been resolved helpfully

How to work the heating and general user guides on appliances

1.good aspect There are famous bakery and delicious pizza shops. 1.Bad aspect Accommodation is close to Gay villege, so sometimes very noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They replied our message quickly and make appointment.

I wanted to know Carpet are included furnished equipment.

The area is perfect, in the heart of Manchester, you're nice and close to everything you need and more! And the team especially Edmer Samios Uy have been very attentive and helpful throughout

we are yet to raise any issues so are unable to comment

we wish we had known a little more about the deposit and how that works as we had to look into it ourselves
