So disappointed regarding the area bad behaviour from some of the owners/tenants lots of noise and the smell from the facility over the road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not at the moment is taking to long to answer but to charge you is quicker

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Run from the greedy agency’s some of them is to greedy is charging you more than what so call rent/price

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

30 mins away from the town centre and Ruby 10 connections are not very good. If you have a car then its a 15mins drive, depending on road works and traffic it could be more. Quite a few anti social elements riding around in bikes and bicycles and also stealing from locked spaces has been noticed. I lost my bicycle which costed me GBP200. The bin areas are hardly cleaned, always over-spilling and stinking. During the winters, its not possible to stay indoors without switching on the heater.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never responded to the problem we raised from the time we moved in till date. The windows outside which residents cannot clean has been a mess.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Transport connections and the amount of dust that comes in to the houses..

Relatively nice flat with an acetage building, though a lovely surrounding complex. The location itself was very unhelpful as a non driver.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a broken locker the entire year. Enough said.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was never going to be a decent bar nearby. Very disappointed.

Kennet island is quite well connected to the nearby M4 and town centre. There are some nice green areas to walk such as the meadow as you leave the back of Kennet island along the canal. Parking is frustratingly managed by a private company which lead to me having a ticket in my own parking space even though my ticket was displayed - truly infuriating. Bins oven overflow and there is fly tipping on a regular basis in the bin stores and this charge presumably gets passed down to tenants. Lot of traffic noise from the A33, Hilton hotel and bmw garage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been unreliable in responding to me on several occasions such as trying to find where the actual water meter is, someone was meant to visit but never showed up

The extent of the smell problem, crime and lack of management of apartment building

Noise disturbances from non development people going through good shop and cafe could do with a bar or pub

Yes but not in the most helpful way often to tell you they need access during the week with little notice prior or giving incorrect info

There neighbours had a pet elephant upstairs
