Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Still no shops after a couple of years. Broken trees, bad pathways and dimly lit area when trying to walk at night. Houses crowded in. Lack of parking in some areas.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How awful Persimmon build their houses. AVOID PERSIMMON AT ALL COSTS.

Great area, poor facilities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great, area is always nice and quiet. There are no playgrounds for children to play at, which is a problem for those of us with young children; I have lived on other estates that had playgrounds for every block of houses. There are no local shops at the moment, but I believe this may change in future. The cycle lanes and pathways are excellent; I have no concerns allowing my young children to ride their bikes around the area as the layout has been very well designed and a lot of thought has obviously gone into encouraging walking and cycling. There are no handy bus routes at present but, again, I believe this may change in future. The only major complaint I have would be the number of cars that park on the pavement, completely blocking access for pedestrians.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known the transport links would be so bad

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is the particular avenue that I live on: very quiet, and a safe place to bring up a family

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Poor range of shops/amenities on the estate but there is a small Tesco in the old village. Parking availability is okay but currently estate isn’t double yellowed so people do just park anywhere. Nice spacious design between houses.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would take a while for the shared areas to be completed and there isn’t a load of storage space. The house being off the road is really nice and not too overlooked

What is the best feature of your home:

The open plan downstairs with patio doors to the garden

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: around 20 minutes to city center and 15 minutes to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Bad: very near the electricity tower.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is far away from highway so the air is very fresh.

What is the best feature of your home:

There are windows on all side of house so the house is very bright.
