Lovely estate right next to transpenine trail and local shops. Lots of nice Pubs and restaurants nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes logged on the gleeson app and responded very promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are a lot of additional ‘extras’ to pay for such as cupboard for boiler and extra plug sockets so make sure you have money to spare

The transport links are good in the area and there have been a number of developments in terms of businesses recently which have helped to improve the local area. However a footbridge is needed over the railway to allow easy and quick access to the local shopping precinct.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team usually do respond very quickly to any issue you may have but in some cases issues have been rejected when they were the fault of the builder and could have been repaired.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the quality of some of the facilities as I may have chosen to ask replace some of the fittings instead of the default fittings.

Quiet area next to the river don and trans Pennine trail. Could benefit from a shop or restaurant/bar on site

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we raised a couple of snagging items that arises post sale which we’re rectified.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The timings of the completing of buying the house and getting the keys were 4 months late

Great Development for first time buyers.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the area is ideal as the development site is within a very short walk to the train station, and there is many walking routes being next to the earth centre. There are shops near by which are also within walking distance, these shops generally have pretty much everything you need for food etc. The estate is usually peaceful although there have unfortunately been a couple of instances in which disrespectful fishermen have been a nousance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team have responded very quickley and have resolved any issue promptly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Unfortunately Security around the development is highly recommended due to some unwanted people being present on the odd-occasion. All the neighbours are very friendly and stick together which definitely helps.

It is close to a Indian. Shops and little town center which is a nice walk. It is a nice area too. Hightly recommended

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have I use my app and they get back to me although there were some things they said said wouldn't do which my opinion should have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish id have known about the garden as they said it would be flat but it wasn't.
