Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A corner shop right by the building and a small Tesco, having on sit parking is really handy, and it’s great being so close to city centre. Really great location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues have been dealt with quite quickly, and the building managers seem very nice

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The washing machine is very poor quality and very little natural light comes into the flat

Quiet and cosy apart from the bedrooms

Kargan (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is fantastic. So central - close to everything including the docks which is a major plus. There’s plenty of cafes, bars, shops, supermarkets, museums around that are only a 5-15 minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Our oven was not working when we moved in and they dealt with it as fast as they could considering it was over the weekend.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think the main thing would be about the bedroom windows overlooking the corridors for the apartment complex. Since you cannot open your window at night due to noise and safety or even your blinds during the day, it can feel a bit like a cave or that you’re in a basement. The living area makes up for it though. And the bed is extremely comfortable.

Decent Place to live in town

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is underground and efficient, if your car is low/sporty you may have difficulty navigating the slope down into the car park. A small Tesco is nearby, as is a pub, and round the corner is a newsagents. You can get by on this, but a 8 minute walk into the city gives you everything you need. Having lived closer into the city, this location still gives you great access, but without the noise pollution, great when you want an early night!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took 3 months to replace my broken oven, pretty poor show.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew the phone signal was as poor as it was, and if they advertised that they had hyperoptic fast broadband it would have sold the property bettee.
