Great location just outside of the city centre. Calm and quiet area. Space for parking and lots of nearby parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been great at ensuring everything was how we wanted, and they sorted any problems quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

With new developments you should expect many other building work to be going on throughout the year.

Very quiet development, peaceful location, at the moment. Until a planned 200 + , opposite my property is built

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have acted promptly and have liaise directly with tradesman

Check for further development, and not take other people's word

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is perfect for walks and a nice quiet neighbourhood. There is however a lack of restaurants, bars etc. there was no local shop when we moved in, but there is now which is very handy. parking is a big issue on the estate, as the roads are so narrow and there is nowhere really other than drives for extra guests.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any issues were dealt with straight away and further snags noticed have been dealt with immediately.

We wish we knew a bit more about the parking situation. But it still wouldn’t have put us off the house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living here but some of the housing association properties are not managed correctly and there is a lot of rubbish around. Even rats

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly a good response. But more attentive when we first moved in

I wished I’d have know it was housing association behind us

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is only one shop in the direct area which recently opened, it has a large variety and you can definitely do a full food shop there. There is only one primary school which is a downfall and it has a huge waiting list. Street is lovely, area is beautiful. Very peaceful and calm. Beautiful places to walk, stunning scenery and views.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tips for the area are just bare in mind there is only one primary school, however there are other local schools just outside of the area. There is also one shop in the area which recently opened, but it’s a Co op and it has everything you need in there for a full food shop etc. Again, there are shops just outside of the area just a few minutes drive away in the car. It would take a lengthy time to walk to the other shops out of the area however.
