Too many crimes happened in the area , all construction rubbish covered with topsoil by end of completion date . Nice plot position, utilities around the estate ??

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not really. If so very slow and bad outcome Most of the times i have reported issues with the property and nobody cares about , even if they sent someone round, nothing happened after that and waiting for the warranty to expire to have reason why they cannot help.

Soil quality, plot quality, planning documents before signiture

The area is an old mining community and quite run down but ripe for development. Has excellent communication linkd

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had a few issues that have been resolved satisfactorily

Make sure you do a detailed snagging list and get it sorted before you complete

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The place is nice to live in. At the begining was very nice and quiet. Lately is starting to not be anymore. There are more and more tefts of cars and house brakings in the area. The transport is not a problem as we have a personal car. Bin collections are ok and on time. Anti-social behavior is plenty. We do not have trafic noice as the street is a close. Would be nice to have a neighbourhood watch or a closed gate at the entry of the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It took a while till they came and fix the issue but they did. With the curent situation everything is slower so is understandble.

To install security cameras as you never know with this place .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The surrounding area is good, everything you need is within walking distance, doctors, dentists, chemist, supermarket, small independent shops, takeaways. Transport links are good, public transport: bus and train. Close to motorway links. Like a lot of areas now there is antisocial behaviour within the area. The council occasionally spend money on trying to improve the area, however it is not appreciated by everyone, new things tend to be destroyed, with the excuse that the young ones are bored, there's nothing for them to do, maybe if they didn't destroy the parks etc.. there would be something for them to do!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If they respond at all it's generally half-hearted. Some problems have been addressed and corrected but still not great.

We wish we had known how bad things were with Gleeson homes, we would never have looked at the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

although the area has some issues (which can’t be changed) the overall house and the local shops are really good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far i have not needed to report any issues about the property but i can wholeheartedly say that if i were to voice any concerns,they would be handled in the best way possible.

i wish i knew about the construction noise that happens every now and then.
