Good location with easy access to town and lovely countryside however poor development and no local amenities. Also ridiculous estate management fees but no actual management

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They don’t even acknowledge your issues that’s if you’re lucky enough to talk to someone

There's a nursery, shop and takeaway just 5 minutes walk door to door. Would be great if there was a doctors as promised, but that's only 20 minutes walk, so not too bad

Would have been good to know how much time/perseverance I would need to chase Persimmon Homes, but it was worth it

If given a choice, I would want more parking so people could park when visiting

We love living here, there are all the facilities needed, good shops, sports facility’s, and amenities. There are many park areas with all play equipment needed. There is loads of greens & field to walk dogs with plenty of bins. The only down side is the developer, Persimon, they have stored all their building equipment outside our house for two & half years now, it’s a complete mess, many people fly tip all sorts of rubbish there and when the builders turn up, they do about an hours work. We and the rest of the residents in the street have contacted them numerous times, they promise to clear the mess but never do.. there could be a bit more parking for some houses, as they only gave one space and two cars.

What is the best feature of your home:

Love the kitchen, it light and airy with a small utility to the side with a back door.. has big doors that opens out into the back garden. Came with a large fridge freezer and dishwasher

there should be more street lights and more gym options

they have responded well if there were any issues raised

The area is a lovely part of Bicester with schools near by both secondary and primary, the local shops are a good selection and is very close to Bicester village; the parking in our street isn’t too bad as there is enough spaces for all the houses. The bus stops are spotted around Kingsmere and next to it so only a 5-10 walk to the nearest one. The bin collection is good and there is hardly any noise of traffic or noisy people outside

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we had a couple of issues that were quite quickly sorted at the beginning but it’s now been half a year and certain things haven’t been fixed

Nothing, great area and nice house, just wish the developer would be quicker with fixes
