Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are two council estates across the road cause a little hassle from teenagers and children at times which drags this estate down slightly however police have been helpful in preventing this to a certain existent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The customer care, the snagging issues which never get resolved as no one else cares once they’ve had your money

What is the best feature of your home:

The size of the gardens are the selling point, also most homes are very bright and airy

Nice site, but below average control of the development and contractors during the build

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I chose to live in this area because of what it others a rural community with good transportation links to town and a good doctors I have no need for them but there is also good schools within the local area, additional I look over open county. Antisocial behaviour has been decreased by the local police presence a lot could have been avoided had Lagan homes provided proper boundary fences, particularly on the site adjoining the public footpath.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The telephone/ internet system was the biggest and expensive issue as you are limited to only a few providers and can out get cheep deals, secondly it was the state of the back garden and the cost to drain due to the substandard soil used

What is the best feature of your home:

The garden which I did after buying the property and the boundary hedge that I had to replant myself as the one the developers put in was dead

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's out of hereford so it's very quite and great for family living. Enjoying the quite mornings on the weekends especially. There is a small shop and a pub close by and also a beautiful park and gp practice, school isn't far at all too hence the perfect for families. I like the fact its still quite close to Hereford city centre.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we knew better people who were living around here but you can't know these things.

What is the best feature of your home:

I think that the living room is a decent size and I'm very happy with how it turned out.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I enjoy living in the area and the development. We have had issues with the neighbours but they have been addressed as much as possible by the site manager. Overall a good development near a high school, local pub and shop. Well thought, only thing I would comment on negatively is the lack of visitor parking in the area. Unless you live in the development, you struggle to get a space to visit.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of visitor parking.

What is the best feature of your home:

3 toilets - En suite in the second bedroom! Big garden

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location, close to Kingstone primary and high school, doctors surgery just opposite the estate. Local shop selling local produce and a friendly local pub. Also a large play park for children, and lots of open space for walks/dog walks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The site doesn't accept BT, but other providers are available.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of our home is the en-suite located in the master bedroom.
