Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good location - walking distance from the high street (bars, shops etc) and accessible to train station to London. Street is quiet, however, parking is very limited currently due to spaces being used to store building development materials. The maintenance of the development is also pretty poor. Not regular enough and missed areas leaving it looking messy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poor. We have a longstanding (2 year) complaint with an issue with garden flooding which has not been addressed.

The building works would be continuing 3 years on Change of management Poor overall management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Princes Risborough is a beautiful market town with great links to London. Benefits include a community feel and well maintained parks and walks. It is possibly lacking in some retail and eating out aspects.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unfortunately this service has not been very good. Our garden floods as soon as it rains and despite numerous complaints and visits, nothing has been done to resolve this.

The issue surrounding garden drainage is very upsetting as it drastically affects our use of the garden.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are located within minutes of a very pleasant high street. The shops and restaurants are quite varied and plans for additional bars and restaurants will really enhance it further.

I wish I had known the land opposite the development is due for development.

What is the best feature of your home:

The high ceilings really create a feeling of space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Anti social behaviour from 2 sets of couples that live on the bottom floor, police always being called for anti social behaviour arguing and doors being slammed, the bin store being over crowded with crap as bin men refuse to remove if not cleared properly. Easy access to bus stop, shops but not a lot of job opportunities around the area (usually require to travel)

Lots of parking, bin collection is always done on time never leave any mess, good area
