Close to shopping places. Close to the city centre. Nice park inside the building. Cinema close to the apartments

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always tried to cover the mould instead of fix the issues

All the problems in the development. Never fixed the issues raised

Lakeshore is situated in a fantastic location with an excellent range of local amenities such as Aldi, Boots, Home Sense and much more! Only a short drive away from the city centre!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No windows so can get hot in the summer

No windows in the property so it can get warm in the summer months

We have Imperial Park shopping centre a two minute walk away and also a new Aldi has opened. Parsons street station is around 5-7 min drive away and there are regular buses to and from the city.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We had no heating for over a year...

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

A bigger freezer and more cupboard space in the kitchen. And if we’d have know that there are regular ceiling leaks.

I like that there is a lake and a private park all around the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In The first day we moved in, we needed to speak with the manager building, he was been very kind.

Before to move in, we came to see the property and we discovered about the private parl

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Imperial Retail Park has so many shops that saves me some time to go somewhere else for almost everything I need. It would be better to have another supermarket

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had some issues when I arrived, but they answered me back to fix everything immediately

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think I would have moved before to have more facilities, such as the gym, the lake view, the park
