Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good Very close to the A40 meaning quick access to the main route. The nearest shop is the petrol station or the housing estate on the other side of the road. The town of Witney is brilliant, it’s very modern with lots of independent shops and free parking in the centre. It’s known for great bars and great food. Parking is great and I love the design of the estate, plenty of space on the pavement and wide roads so there are no issues when visitors park outside homes. Bad Nearest post box is quite a walk away as is the nearest bus stop. There are some issues with fast cars and loud music across on the social housing side of the development but we are a good distance away so it is not a daily issue.

Definitely agreeing a plan for the garden would have saved lots of time and stress.

What is the best feature of your home:

I absolutely love the bifold doors and spacious kitchen, south facing which is fantastic as we spend most of the time in the kitchen.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is quiet and the only traffic noise is the main road just outside the development. no bus routes have been added to the area so it can feel a bit isolating as there is no shops close by or open spaces unless you can drive. also there is a lack of rubbish bins and dog poo bins which leads to them being dumped on the paths

The planes from Brize Norton can be very loud and the smell from the farm can be strong at times

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the Kitchen as it is a large and bright space

Nice area apart from people blocking the road by not parking on their driveways. Noise from the industrial estate.

That they make promises they cannot keep and never respond to emails or complete snags on snagging list

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is a nice room and popular with the whole family.

We love everything about living on Colwell Green and in Witney in general. Easy links to A40 to communte to and from work.

We could not fault Lagan Homes during our purchase time, Paula was brilliant from start to finish.

What is the best feature of your home:

We were upsizing from 2 to 3 bedrooms our house is the perfect size. I love our kitchen dining so much bigger than our old house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love the location of our property. It’s quiet, and reasonably close to Witney town. Would like if there was a more dog friendly area to walk our dogs nearby however.

I wish I had known that we won’t be having trees planted outside the front of the house, I think this is a lovely feature and is a shame we haven’t had it.

What is the best feature of your home:

The outside design is lovely, we have a good size garden for a two bed property, and the fittings in our bathrooms are of excellent quality.
