Lovely area, super schools and very friendly people. Parking on site is terrible, bin collection super, house valuations for council tax is a joke.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Trust your gut when dealing with the after sales folks…if something doesn’t sound right it probably isn’t and you’re being fobbed off

Really good design (albeit poor finish), great sized rooms and separate garage

Local amenities are just a stones throw away. Beautiful walks on your doorstep and brilliant local parks for children and young families.

There are limited places for visitors to park on some streets.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious rooms and layout meaning the building feels very bright and airy.

Good close local shop, easy transport links, quiet area with lots of nice walks/bike rides. Road to our house is not one that is managed by the council so will be dependant on residents of that street to repair any potholes which is a little worrying

When we viewed the showhome, a huge appeal was the door from the house into the garage and we mentioned that at our viewing. It was only after we made our offer that we found out that it was extra (a decent amount extra). We obviously expected the showhome to contain upgrades but we didn't think they would put doors in the showhome that don't come as standard. I didn't think we would have to second guess the structural/integral features of the house.

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan kitchen dining room. We hardly spent any time at all in our old house but we spend most of our time there in this one.

Nice quiet semi rural area , local shops easy distance. Petrol station and Gym, swimming pool reasonable public transport links for bus, main commute road to ink to motorway 10 mins drive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure you get on site to check actual position of home and proximity to trees, other homes or sub stations it may look like not close on plans but they will be a lot closer

The look of the house from outside and the decent sized lounge & kitchen dinner

Tesco close by, nice Italian restaurant no bars or decent take aways. Good public transport route with quick access to M1. Bin collection once a week, fairly quite estate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we would be smack behind the building site for 3 plus years with extreme loud banging from 7am until late. Builders and staff have zero consideration for residents.

What is the best feature of your home:

Garden very flat and large for a new build, decent parking due to having an end plot.
