Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The community is expanding and there are a nice row of convenience shops, the area is close to the retail park and Tesco also. There is a local bus for town or an early bus for Oxford daily, except Sundays. Parking is a bit confusing for some houses but no major problems. Bin collections always prompt and a very quiet area overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quick to respond and resolve, prioritising emergencies.

Parking layout, garden size and shed location. Could have been better designed.

Everything is convenient in this area. We couldn’t see anything bad here. Peaceful and fantastic area and people.

The area well know and very famous for shopping ( Bicester shopping village) just walking distance from the development.

Bathroom must have a window and good ventilation..

Excellent location for large shops and retail parks, communing to London is possible by rail and M40

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In a timely manner but you have to stay on top of them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Being able to make some customisation to the wiring or garden walls layout and having the chance to make some special upgrades when the house was built. It helped a lot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are really close to a number of shops, retail and food. Bars are a short walk away and there are plenty of bus routes under a minute walk from the house. Parking isn’t an issue, the noise from traffic isn’t that noticeable either

Which direction the garden was facing, with the garage beside the garden it’s difficult to get a lot of good sun.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

If the garage was next to the house or if the house is level with the houses behind to get more direct sunlight through out the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Facility wise is excellent as we have access to major shops and city centre. Quite many walks and cycling tracks around the estate promoting healthy and greener space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The after sales customer service team always find excuses to the problem we reported rather than fixing and/or replacing it.

Build quality would have been the most important for my decision.
