Beautiful house, on site management could be better.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Theres nothing bad about the area, even though it Dalton, you don't notice the 'negatives' of Dalton

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, it takes an age and front door still not right

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More about snagging, even though we haven't found anything major, little oddities add up to a good amount of time putting them right.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development was places close to two large super markets within walking distance and a few fast food/takeaway options however there are no local pubs/night life. The layout of the development is good with connecting roads through it and to the rest of the local area to make navigating though easier. Parking is not always easy, all homes have a drive however most households have more then one car which can be difficult to drive though at times. The biggest disappointment is the latch of pavement through the development meaning wheelchairs and parents with prams cannot safely travel though the whole development and is is not very accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not reported any problems however when I have had questions they have been very helpful and friendly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that fixing the snagging list would be very disruptive after my belongings were in and flooring/carpeting fitted

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good range of local shops and take always - no restaurants, bars or pubs within walking distance. Big drives and plenty of parking. Can be lots of noise from people from around the area in their quads.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been efficient, quick, friendly and reliable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That fences aren’t included and neither is turf. I would also like to ensure that floors are cleared behind units as they weren’t swept out properly and a lot of rubble was left behind.

Linkswood Park - Great Development

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is well connected to Rotherham, Sheffield and Doncaster by a frequent bus service (closest bus stop approx 3 mins’ walk from the development). Parkgate shopping is accessible by car and is also walkable via a nice canal route. There is an Asda superstore very close to the development (open 24/7) as well as a range of fast food eateries. There are no bars and very few restaurants nearby. Each property has a driveway so there is ample off-street parking. There is very minimal traffic noise as my house isn’t by the main road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - several issues have been reported but these have been addressed and weren’t serious. The portal to report issues is easy to use and helps to track the status of different snagging queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the back garden wouldn’t have a boundary fence.

Great family home

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good local area. 2 supermarkets within walking distance. Lots of fields round for walking dogs and parks for kids. Bins always collected on time. Don’t hear any traffic noise from main roads. Big development but the houses do seem to be spaced out slightly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the few issue we had we responded too fast and fixed eventually.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You have to purchase your own waste bins, this is something we wasn’t told before moving in.
