Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A really nice area, the issue is the management company. After 2 years there is water running down from the shower and into the ceiling and spotlights, which is obviously dangerous. Called the management company to report this and you’re told if it’s past 2 years we’re not helping you. Took the bath panel off myself to see that whoever fit the bathroom has thrown unused tools, fittings and tiles under the bath. Not great workmanship. Told I need to get my own plumber to resolve at my own cost.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have called them and asked if they can help but they cannot.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The sellers clearly knew there was a leak as the bath panel had been removed previously.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Linwood Park is about a 5-10 minute walk from Shifnal high street so there's a supermarket and other shops as well as a good number of pubs. There's a railway station at the end of the road which takes you straight to Birmingham centre. Each house on the development has a driveway beside the house, with some visitor bays dotted around, however there are still parked cars on the road in some places. There's a nice green area and a wildlife area at one end, with plenty of walks around the area for dogs etc. Traffic noise is very minimal, the railway runs beside the development but isn't really noticeable, and there hasn't been any anti-social behavior in the year I've lived there.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues have been dealt with fairly promptly and efficiently. Any reoccurring issues have been looked at again, and the Countryside staff have always been very helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are a few parked cars that run alongside people's garden walls that can be a little annoying sometimes, but this isn't really a problem. There isn't really anything else negative I can think of.
