Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beaulieu is a lovely development, lots of open space, good access to city center. The only negative issue is parking is an issue in the area lots of cars parking on pavements and blocking paths.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some but not all. A few issues that have been raised have not been resolved yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Todo a complete check on the house so issues could be rectified before we moved in.

There are some lovely walks around the area and convenient shops nearby. There is not enough parking in the area, which causes problems.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a delay in responding and actioning resolutions to issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You get certain problems with new builds that is not known on the first meet with the estate agents.

Beautiful family friendly location with amazing links to chelmsford, M25, rail into London and much more. Growing fast and facilities need to grow with the location ie only one small commercial area foe whole development

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have and majority now rectified as post 2 years BUT several not to satisfaction

How much the costs fluctuate as a shared owner as now as expensive of not more than a private purchase

nice neighbourhood. location is great but shame about property not being up to standard inside, very disappointing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Don’t reply back to emails. Rang emergency and they hanged up when reporting the leak

LQ property not up to standard. Cheaply made and don’t deal with issues raisied.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great range of shops down the road which include sainsburys, takeaways and hairdressers. Bus stop only a couple minutes walk which can take you into chelmsford centre. Parking isn’t too bad but would have been beneficial to offer visitor parking for flats.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had issues raised when we first moved in regarding mould growing, this was resolved.

The parking situation, I was advised there would be visitor parking but when I moved in there wasn’t.
