The location is fantastic it's on the outskirts of great harwood so it's quiet but in walking distance of the highstreet. The street/estate is lovely, it's a quiet road where everybody is friendly. Only 1 problem with a neighbour who's in shared ownership.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we could have seen our home specifically before buying and been able to view other designs.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the huge kitchen and huge garden. The double drive was also a huge selling point.

Quality of shops is excellent. There are a number of nice locally owned shops and the high Street is a short walk from the development. There could be better speed cameras on the main road. Lots of parking

We have lived here now for three years now and it has been the best move we have its a lovely place to live everyone are great to vet on with.

The garden sunshine all day long in a quite culldersack no passing trafick lots of lovely neibers the front garden flowers plenty of parking space

it’s very nice and quiet and all the neighrbors are nice and friendly. The houses are spacious and lovely. The gardens are good sizes too!

how peaceful it can be at nighttime- it’s really nice.

i’d say the garden or the lounge as they are spacious and homey

Wish it had been inspected at build stages by an independent building surveyor.

What is the best feature of your home:

The Development is in an ideal location. Unfortunately the quality of build is a disaster with serious defects covered up. The brickwork is shoddy and uneven, plastering work and internal finishes are atrocious. Windows and doors of the poorest quality. Ventilation not connected. Roof tiles not secure and fall off. There is little care about the site and home occupants. The road layout is dangerous. Walls and roofs already turning green which is quite visible upon site entrance. NHBC sign off unsafe and unfinished properties.
