Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s lots of homeless people in the area and it’s generally a sketchy area. They often break in and inject themselves, sleep in the corridors, make noise at night. Empty gas canisters around the development. Good thing is when you move in it looks okay and modern. But everything breaks down after a few months and you’d be lucky if it gets fixed. Only thing they fix is your heating because you don’t have to pay rent if it isn’t fixed. But I’ve had leaks and mould growing in my apartment and the landlord, property manager and estate agents don’t care.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how little everyone cared about the accommodation. If they cared, they’d have been security added immediately. The offsite security constantly changed the code without notifying tenants immediately about new codes. So they don’t come onsite even if there’s an incident when you don’t know the code

What is the best feature of your home:

Close to the station. But is that worth your safety?

Started out positive but went down hill quickly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pretty good. Close to city centre. Walking distance for most things in the area including 2 train stations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are trying their best to help. I don't think they have much control though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it would fail the fire survey! Owners are now being told that they are responsible for remediations just a couple of years after construction.

If you’re looking to rent here, don’t.

Resident (Tenant)

May 2022

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Homeless people sleeping in the stairs wells, leaving behind needles threatening renters, poor communication with centric the property developers, constant issues with doors, lifts, stolen parcels, lack of cctv, have to contract off sight security none in the premises. Only benefit is the cleaning lady, who had to deal with other residents mess and homeless mess.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have contact centric multiple times about multiple things and they take forever to get a response back to you however if they are quick enough to send emails and letters about people parking in the wrong spot

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew what a disgusting building it was before I moved in as the estate agents tend to miss that out when you do the tour, would not recommend even if the rent was free.

Flats are turning into a slum area.

These flats are not what they were advertised as when we moved in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As stated. Seven capital don’t give a toss as long as they collect rent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish if have known that there were less than stringent quality control in regard to tenants.
