Davidson Homes fail to effectively build on this site to their actual site plan. Due to this what should be a open space is currently blocked off by a private driveway with no right of way.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure that the paperwork provided to your solicitor matches what’s being built.

What is the best feature of your home:

A lovely private space, which shouldn’t be as private as it is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area that I live in is very quiet, no trouble at all, traffic is very minimal, friendly neighbourhood. Local supermarket's and fast food restaurant along with petrol station. Local transport to two towns and local B&B with pub and restaurant with very good food.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have a response time of 24hours and they deal with the problems straight away..

As I didn't get to do much viewing on the house before I moved in I would recommend this. Other than that everything is good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice overall design layout re houses and how the houses are positioned. There is a design vs actual build layout that blocks access to a open space but this is being resolved hopefully.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally quite good when in the 2 year period Slower resolving the open space issue

Pick the right plot and the design and layouts are brilliant

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are local if you have transportation but a bit of a distance on foot. Public transport links are good. No traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Would not recommend midland heart to anyone, poor service and poor quality build.

Just how bad the traffic gets congested around the area. A ten minute journey often takes 20/30 mins.

Perfect location in general with a lovely closed in small estate design layout single entrance for cars etc so not a rabbit run

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally quite good via emails but trying to speak directly with higher ups a pain

Don’t accept the first ratification of an issue if it’s not right
