This is not relevant as I have not had any issues so far

Didn’t realise the postcode and area would be classed as Northfield as it was always advertised as Bournville - only found this out through legal paperwork so a little concerned for resale value

Traffic noise is minimal, walking distance to local shops

Could deal with issues during the rainy weather door fob entry a little quicker.

Buildings can be noisy during the day

Great location, quiet and close to a great park No bars within walking distance

All snags were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The park round the back is great, but I wasn’t aware it was there until I had moved in
