Sorry no good all bad . Now 6 1/2 years in and roads are still unadopted the site is a total mess .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No Bellway Homes failed to recognise there was a problem until the NHBC became involved

What a rubbish company they were to deal with.

Fantastic area, good for schools. Good for transport links. The people are nice and good local shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very well indeed. Fixed any issues

Goof pub called the water hole

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I don’t want to venture into Shirebrook it’s self too much as it’s not a nice town and can sometimes be unsafe. I was told we would have a little shop and pub built on the development at some point in the future so I hope this is true as it would make the estate a lot better.

Whether or not a percentage of homes are bought to rent out or of any are council houses

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Bigger bedrooms and room for wardrobe and chest of drawers in master.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The traffic noise is minimum. Its close enough to the m1 for travel. The local area is full of friendly people.

The area and people are lovely. Very nice neighbours.

Honestly there isn't anything I'd change. I love the house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street design seems to have been well thought out with minimal overlooking. On the most part living here has been a pleasant experience however the roads are a little on the narrow side, which sometimes can cause an issue with parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check that drainage with be installed in the garden as the ground buildup has made it liable for a boggy garden. (All sorted now)

What is the best feature of your home:

Well considered design layout, it seems to work well and there is sufficient storage - a rarity in new builds.
