Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its fantastic to be right next to open fields and woodland. In the woods 5m from my front door there are at least 35 species of birds, including two types of woodpecker and a tawny owl. A park suitable for kids over 5 is quite a long way away up in the village. The neighbours are very nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The garden is heavy clay and the lawn literally turns into a pond in the winter, making it unusable for the kids

What is the best feature of your home:

The location is great. The house is light and the garden is a much better size than I was expecting for a new build.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great , how ever the nearest job and bus stop is around a mile walk. So not great for people who can't drive or move around easy. Parking is limited and never enough room. How ever it's a very quiet place and lovely walks and a local pub near by .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is limited so can make it abit tricky with guest as having to chare 2 visitor spaces with 7 other houses.

What is the best feature of your home:

The wonderful white kitchen and flooring and the small patio outside.

Quite local location... bad point floor I can hear the person living upstairs as the floors are not very interlaced

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes quickly fixed but can't do anything about the noise

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not enough parking per property as most placed have 2+ cars per house / flat

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of open spaces available, pub with great food 5min walking from development but very few transport links

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues were reported so far so no comment .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I guess maybe finding out if nearby neighbours have pets or children/ if they are loud… but I can’t really complain about this

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Meridian fields is in a lovely location, right at the edge of hardwick, backing onto fields. The village has a shop, school decent playground, pub etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly prompt resolution to any problems raised, some have taken longer to fix, but generally very kind and considerate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The soil is very heavy clay, which can make the garden waterlogged in the winter and planting very hard work! But the plants seem to like it and do well once they're in.
