Local area is beautiful, so close to the motorway and yet you wouldn’t think it! There’s lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area Parking in the local town is difficult in the Main Street but there’s a donation car park nearby with lots of space

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It took them a long time as they were swapping job roles around and communicating was an issue

If the A1 closes at the junction the town gets extremely busy with diverted traffic queuing the whole way through

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area the estate is in is brilliant. Unfortunately due to residents being moved in there is increasing antisocial behaviour. Currently there is no communal spaces or park open on the estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None existent Most issues have not been dealt with and easier to repair myself then chase Garden still soaking Gullies still full

To complain more. Customer service is not proactive.

The house is brilliant, far exceeded our expectations and in love with the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Confirmation of work required is quick, response time of Labour is slow

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had more of a discussion on the payment of the estate management. An estate wide issue ranging from over payments/court threats and problems. A massive downside to Miller homes

Boroughbridge seems to be a lovely little market town, a wide array of shops and cafes which is great. The estate is lovely too, the neighbours are all friendly which makes it a great atmosphere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven’t taken over near us yet, what they have taken over so far is ok.

I wish I knew how bad the after care was, we would have gone elsewhere .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the area has nice walks nearby, plenty of shops in the main street and lots of pubs around for eating out. the area is very quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

some of our issues had been fixed straight away but we still have outstanding issues.

i would say to keep asking about any outstanding issues otherwise they may forget.
