Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is located in an excellent area, close to all your retail outlets, supermarkets, doctors Currently the area is having the surrounding roads, roundabouts etc developed causing traffic congestion however this is a temporary problem
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
N/a we have had no issues as such, we had an issue where residents felt that the charge was not reflected in the service
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The fact we had a flag pole and flag flapping in our garden since we moved in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to the centre of Wakefield so wide variety of shops restaurants and local train station probably about 30 min walk. Bin collections and parking has never been an issue for us although we are tucked away at the back of of development so we don't hear any traffic noise
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have responded, actions which they've promised have not always been followed through on however.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The management company charge a high fee for their services although basic things like grass been cut have only just started 2.5 years after we have moved in. We're at the back of the estate and the roads of communal areas were left untouched for that long and then the prioritised a new nearby site and I think it was only for other residents complaining the roads got finished which then meant the area as a whole was finished and the grass begun to get maintained.

All houses are well designed and a number of different choices, facilities and ground management however leaves a lot to be desired.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pros- Close to supermarket like aldi and Iceland food Wear House, Costa and Starbucks including Mcdonalds and some late convenience store, the parking availability is fair for now only because there is still lot more development to do Cons- Massive congestion between 8 and 9, a commute that takes 6 mins to nursery could end up in 45 mins. I can only see this worsening as we get out of covid and more people start going to work.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management pushed back really hard when issues were reported, delaying fix by over a year so they have to fix less within agreed 2 years timeline
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The road around the development are not ready for the huge traffic from the hospital, and 2500 development, its a single carriageway with no way to escape the traffic. If you are stuck, you can be stuck there for over an hour.
