Perfect place to live if you’d like to live a healthier lifestyle, there are local shops such as Lidl, Tesco express and a local butchers only 1-2 minutes away. 5-10 minutes walking distance into central city centre and local to many job opportunities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we first moved in, we had an issue regarding our bath, we reported this and within the same day, we received a message from the team giving us flexibility for when they could get contractors in to fix our problem, this problem was resolved within 2 days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
With the location of the apartment and the road it is on, it’s an uphill walk to get back to the apartment from the city centre. Apart from that, this place is perfect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s a good variety of local shops, restaurants, and bars, offering plenty of choices for dining and shopping. The open spaces are nice for walks and relaxation. Transport links are generally convenient, with buses and trains running frequently, though they can get crowded during rush hours. My street is generally peaceful, and parking is usually available, though it can be a bit tricky on weekends. Bin collections are reliable, and there isn’t much trouble with anti-social behaviour or excessive traffic noise. Overall, it’s a pleasant and convenient place to live.

Milliners Yard is located very close to the city centre which is great. The amenities around are perfect. Parking around could be a touch better but that’s out of our hands really.

Such a vibrant place and area, Milliners Yard! Very close to all amenities and an abundance of shops. Very close to Train Station and City Centre . Skyline of Liverpool on the Terrace - Onsite Gym, Parking - Do the right thing and BOOK a viewing... THE PLACE to LIVE!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Slight issue with a hole in the Lino Floor (Hole). This has been raised with Management and Maintenance

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Milliners Yard is in a great location as it is 5 minute walk from Liverpool city centre. The bus stop is right outside the building and lime street train station is only down the road making it really easy and accessible to get to and from work. There is a Tesco and Lidl close by with other shops to get your weekly food shop. There’s also a lovely cafe across the road. I feel very safe in the building as there is cameras inside and outside with a 24hour receptionist at the front desk that is always friendly. Even though this building is close to a busy road and a city, it is very quiet within the building. I do night shifts and I never struggle to get a good sleep in the day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have communicated very well with us whenever there has been an issue and have been very understandable and professional. They are always attentive and accommodating to our needs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the apartments don’t come with a hoover, mop/bucket, a brush and bins. The hot water also has a cap on it but you are able to change this if you enquire about it.
