Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area is fantastic! The shops, restaurants, and bars are diverse and high-quality, with something for everyone. Open spaces are beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. Transport links are excellent, with buses and trains running frequently, though peak hours can be busy. My street is quiet and friendly, though parking can be tricky. Bin collections are reliable, and anti-social behavior is rare. Overall, it’s a vibrant, convenient, and welcoming community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive, addressing issues quickly and professionally. Kevs, Kadira, and Zoe are always approachable and efficient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's super convenient for shops, the train station, and the city centre. Even though it's near main roads, it's incredibly quiet in my apartment which I love, and in general it's a peaceful, warm and safe environment - I genuinely couldn't be happier. The only negative which is unavoidable is that sometimes London Road doesn't feel the safest - especially when walking through on my own in the dark. I think some more lighting around the roads of Milliners Yard would be super beneficial. E.g. the corner of London Road (path beside Milliners Yard as you approach the entrance) is pitch black at night because there's no lighting at all. I'd love to see some better lighting there if poss!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They're amazing at responding to and rectifying issues I've had. Kev was brilliant when it came to helping me with my WiFi problems, and the OG Kev (OG because he's the first Kev I met lol) was excellent when I had concerns over my unlocked door. Whenever I've had any requests or problems, Zoe has also been the best. The whole team are genuinely some of the loveliest people I've ever met - they do everything they can to ensure you feel safe and happy in your home.

This is really silly and it's really not that deep, but I wish I'd known that the kitchen didn't have a built-in bin. I think because a lot of new build kitchens have cupboard bins, I assumed my flat would have one. This isn't an issue at all though, and I'm not sure how you would highlight this on marketing material. But like I said, it really isn't that deep! Then a positive thing I wish I'd known - the Milliners Yard team literally makes your experience. Having concierge and an on-site team is one thing, but having such a friendly, welcoming team is completely different. It would be amazing to highlight this, especially on socials with fun videos. Behind the scenes snippets and "get to know the team" concepts. The Milliners Yard team is a USP in itself and you should totally show that off! If you need any help with that, I'd love to support :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Although immediate local bars is on the quieter side, you aren't too far from places where I usually go, I find living her really quiet which is not the impression I had of London road previously. The only one slight issue, is I do feel the parking is quite expensive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't raised any problems or issues at this moment, but trust that if I did, it would be resolved efficiently and effectively
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Living in liverpool all my life I already knew about the area, I have been really surprised with the amount of Asian food shops there are. There are no bad insights.
