Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Milliners Yard is such a great location for me as it is just a 5 minute walk to the city centre where you have access to various bars and restaurants. It is also 5 minutes from Lime Street Train Station and has the bus shelters right outside which makes it 10 times easier for me to get to work. You also don't have to go into town to do your food shop as there is a Lidl and a Tesco right near it and numerous other shops as well. There is also parking available within the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've emailed about a leak in the sink and within half an hour it was sorted, I also flipped a fuse switch by accident and the general manager was very helpful and showed me where it was.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn't realise how safe and secure I would actually feel especially living in a city but in Milliners Yard I definitely have a sense of security here.

A brand-new apartment, and the experience of being among the first residents has been excellent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The apartment is located right on London Road, with shops very close by, making it very convenient. The bus stop and Lime Street Station are also very nearby, providing easy access to transportation. The apartment's glass quality is excellent, effectively blocking out most of the noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The apartment management staff are excellent; they are very supportive, especially Zoe and Elsa. They are always willing to help us with various issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think it’s important to visit the apartment in person before making the decision, as it helps to get a detailed understanding of its orientation and facilities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area offers a great balance of convenience, amenities, and green spaces. There is a good range of local shops, including supermarkets, independent stores, and speciality shops, providing easy access to daily essentials. Restaurants cater to diverse tastes, offering a mix of casual and fine dining options, along with cosy pubs and trendy cafés. There are also plenty of open spaces, such as parks and nature reserves, which are perfect for walking, jogging, and relaxing outdoors. Transport links are generally reliable, with frequent bus and train services connecting to nearby towns and city centres. Major roads provide easy access for drivers, and cycling paths are well-maintained. However, rush-hour congestion and occasional delays in public transport can be a minor inconvenience. Living on my street is pleasant, with a friendly community atmosphere. Bin collections are regular and well-managed, ensuring a clean environment. Noise levels from traffic are generally low, and anti-social behaviour is rare, making it a safe and comfortable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and efficient in addressing issues, resolving maintenance requests promptly, and ensuring a well-maintained living environment. Their communication is clear, and they take necessary actions to maintain security and cleanliness.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It's a more beautiful scenario and a higher EPC level.
