Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Equidistant between the station and city, it is a great location with heaps within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond quickly and get the repairs done effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known that no spare key is issued as standard- which is challenging when one is needed for pet sitting. It is sorted out now, but took a long time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Temple Back in Bristol has been a mostly positive experience. The location is excellent—close to Temple Meads, the city centre, and scenic riverside paths. There’s a decent range of cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. Transport links are very convenient, especially for commuting. Parking is limited, and bin collections are sometimes missed. The street is generally quiet with little anti-social behaviour, though noise from the nearby fire station can be noticeable. Despite that, it’s a lively and well-connected area that suits professionals looking for a central location with good local amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive when issues are raised, and they do make an effort to address concerns in a timely manner. However, not every matter has been resolved completely or to a fully satisfactory standard.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how uncomfortable the provided mattresses would be—they’re extremely firm and hard to sleep on without a topper. Another thing not obvious during a viewing is the noise from the nearby fire station, which can be quite noticeable

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Tesco extra right around the corner, Castle park for some fresh air and change of scenery, Bristol temple meads station 9minutes walk from apartment, no noise quite serene, I have experienced some anti social behaviours which i reported made some suggestions and management was supportive. My experience is better now at the lounge area. I don’t drive so I unfortunately cannot speak on parking. The left handed giant a nice beer place, there’s another which is right opposite the exit 0 the car park I do enjoy chilling there but unfortunately never bothered to check it’s name due to it’s convenience 🤭. My favorite restaurant Condesa is a must if you want to experience flavour I do like the Ivy for the ambiance and in the mood to admire beauty. The Bristol bus station is close as well, it’s more affordable in comparison to the train however you will have to compromise on time. And from my conversations with strangers, they trust the bus service National express and flixxx(if I am not mistaken) more reliable as well, the trains are actually infamous for delays and cancellations. I cannot end without mentioning the lovely events organised by Management for Residents; chefs kiss. I am having a ball. Looking forward to bigger and better
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It was bad when moved in but it’s better now. I presume they have a hang of process now quite expected as we all trying to figure out process since it’s a new build.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have exhausted my brain cells, nothing I can think of now. If something comes up I will definitely communicate it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good Aspects: 1. Vibrant and Diverse Culture Central Bristol is known for its creativity, independent spirit, and multicultural vibe. From street art (like Banksy) to music venues and food festivals, there’s always something going on. 2. Great Access to Amenities Everything is close — shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries, gyms, and parks like Castle Park or Brandon Hill. You rarely need to drive. 3. Good Public Transport and Walkability Buses and trains connect central Bristol well to other areas, and you can walk or cycle almost anywhere. There’s also a growing number of e-scooters and bike lanes. 4. Strong Community Feel Despite being a city centre, many neighbourhoods (like Stokes Croft or Harbourside) have a tight-knit community with active local groups and events. ⸻ Bad Aspects: 1. Expensive Housing Rent and property prices in central Bristol are high, and they’ve been rising rapidly. Finding affordable housing is a challenge. 2. Noise and Crowds City centre life can be loud — nightlife, construction, and traffic can be disruptive, especially on weekends. 3. Traffic and Air Pollution Although walkable, Bristol still suffers from congestion and poor air quality at times, particularly near main roads like the A38 and Temple Way. 4. Limited Parking If you own a car, parking is a nightmare — limited spaces, high costs, and frequent restrictions.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded quickly to any issues I’ve raised, which is appreciated. However, there were quite a few problems when I first moved in — more than expected for a professionally managed property. While most were eventually resolved, the initial experience could have been smoother and better prepared.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not really, the staff shows me the room pretty thoroughly.
