Parking, bin collection Access multiple city Country park Waverley as a whole is lovely, kept clean and close to a new school

My property (new build flat) has good insulation - sound proof, which was a worry originally. Loft is huge

Bedroom sizes, which has space for built in wardrobes My loft is huge

Walking distance to a large supermarket and small local shop and cafe. Development due to have large complex with small shops and bars also on however not yet built. Great carvery pub also on the estate

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pre order bins!!!! I would also advice to have extras if this is something you can afford to do as adding spot lights etc at a later date if required is a messy job

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan living - bifold doors which we can’t wait to use the down stairs space in the summer

The availability of open green space nearby is excellent, with even more parkland planned for the future. The proposed shops and restaurant provision will be very good if they are ever built as they have been delayed a long time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If possible, try not to move in straight away so that the many snags can be sorted before you're all unpacked

What is the best feature of your home:

The design of our home is very good, and something quite different from most new builds

Strategic location. Nearby the school. Easy access to nearby supermarket and M1. The slow progress with Harworth is concerning. Lack of community facilities and activities for children.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Harworth's incompetence. Lack of visiting carpark.

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen and dining area. Open plan looking out to the garden.

The range of open spaces has semi signed due to the sheer number of houses being built. Whilst there is good access to large supermarkets for grocery shopping, there is a lack of decent smaller shops in the area. Furthermore there is a lack of decent local pubs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We thought the sales person said that apartments above the first floor were not allowed to fit hardwood floors because of noise transfer. This has proved to be a false claim. Had I know this I would have made different choices.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen and living space is a good size. Furthermore, the kitchen itself is a decent standard of finish and came with built in appliances.
