Amazing location. Right in the Northern Quarter and accessible for train and tram. Manchester is right on your doorstep. Next to Urban Exchange with Aldi and PureGym - really handy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that one of the lifts is out of action quite frequently - so the wait time can be a massive annoyance if late for work/running for a train!

What is the best feature of your home:

The location is the best feature. Living in the centre of Northern Quarter/Ancoats means there are so many facilities on your doorstep.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is brilliant - we are so central to town - and Ancoats is really up and coming at the moment. The only downsides are the noisy road outside - but that is to be expected anywhere central!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been really efficient - we can contact our building management for electric/gas readings, and they come back within the hour. The place is really well kept.

There is a shop immediately downstairs - this is super handy!

I love the area, I have lived here for 5 years. I love the friendly people in the area.

No, everything was made very clear to me at the time.

Location super close to work, my place has a nice layout when you come in to the buildimg. But the downside is this that it can get cold.

I wish that I had known that it gets cold in the winter, unfortunately there is not much just that can be done to change this.

I think that everything is good. The area is very young and vibrant.

Nothing, everything was communicated well to me and I had no issues.

Nothing, its very spacious and modern which is to my taste.
