Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is within easy reach of the city centre, at a 10 minute walk, and the train station, around 5 minute walk, so accessing local shops or travelling to London are extremely easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A couple of snags were dealt with very quickly, which was appreciated. A later one, which required sending an email, felt less well handled. Although the outcome was such that no work was required, the email was sent at a time when Tilia were "divorcing" Kier Homes, and so it wasn't clear which email was the correct one. Maybe this is purely situational, and a one off, though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As a first time buyer, and of a new build, it never occurred to me that the address would be difficult to find for delivery drivers. After a few failed attempts, it became clear that a description of the house and the street were essentially required to help them out.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Peterborough to all shops and restaurants, and only a bit more to the Cathedral grounds. There are close by little shops in case you need anything convenient and is just round the corner from a GP and health centre which is very handy. The train and bus station are roughly a 10 minute walk, but luckily isn't so close that you can hear all the trains go by. Overall the area is an estate and is close by the river Nene and the rowing lake for any walks or bike rides, and if you want to go further has easy access to the motorway. The grounds of the complex offers good safe parking with sufficient CCTV, however, the bike shed is not secure and isn't safe to keep anything in there currently.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have contacted my landlord to contact management on the security of the exterior bike shed as now two bikes have been stolen. Sadly, I have had nothing back and the building has not been secured properly yet, this is a big let down and an unfortunate situation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One good thing is that you are always warm and comfortable however, the boiler can sometimes be a bit load.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is amazing as its a 10 minute walk to the station and Queens Gate shopping mall. Parking is fantastic with 2 spaces and plenty of parking in surrounding areas. Like anywhere there is some anti-social behaviour but minimal. Plenty of shops to choose from but the best one is Waitrose which is 30 seconds walk from the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It's been ok but instead of going from a to d, it can take a little while as if they are going from a to b to c to d.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really as they tell you everything before purchasing
