The Area is well served with Trams and Bus and good walking distance to Manchester City Center. There are a cycle lane just nearby that allowed to reach work places nearby very easily in a environmental friendly way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issues reported, except one that is structure related, has been so far, solved in a very fair reasonable timescale according to the priority ranked.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have just wished that I knew this place before!

Short walk to Manchester City Centre, with a park and supermarket also within walking distance. Convenient location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent, in some case maintenance requests have been resolved within 2 hours of raising. We had a whole oven replace due to an issue with the grill the same day we raised the request! Vincent and Dave were both really helpful and efficient with both of our major issues in move in week, can’t thank them enough.

Really would recommend this type of development if you want to be well looked after by management and staff

I’d 100% reccomend Oxbow without a doubt. If you’re debating to move to Manchester and unsure where to move to, I’d 100% do it all over again with Oxbow.

The area is lovely. In all the months I spent here, I experienced no issues with noise etc. It’s close to several shops and lovely resturants as well as a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Parking availability is great and cheap, which is unlike Manchester.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Only issues I encountered were from subcontracted construction contractors. However, the Oxbow team resolved any queries on the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how much was around the area! I feel like i wasted months of not exploring. It wasn’t until near the end of my tenancy where i found out so many amazing things around the area.

Great location for city centre and local pubs and dog walks. It’s really nice to have peel park a 5 minute walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I logged 2 small issues yesterday and Dave came up today to sort them for us, he was done within 5 minutes and sorted the issues. Thanks Dave!

I wish we knew about the limited parking but we have now purchased a parking space

Walking distance to the Manchester City Centre and train station with a large variety of local shops across the Area. 10 minutes walks for the beautiful Peel Park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For small issues in the flat, they responded super quickly and sorted out in less than a day. Unfortunately we still have a main works in progress since we moved in, but I m sure will be sorted out.

Love every single thing here and we just wished to know the building ages ago!
