The Area is well served with Trams and Bus and good walking distance to Manchester City Center. There are a cycle lane just nearby that allowed to reach work places nearby very easily in a environmental friendly way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issues reported, except one that is structure related, has been so far, solved in a very fair reasonable timescale according to the priority ranked.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have just wished that I knew this place before!

Living here has been a positive experience overall! The area is well-connected, with good transport links, plenty of shops, and some nice green spaces to either stroll or chill. Although there's an ongoing construction nearby, no noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team here is super responsive—whether it’s a maintenance request or just a general inquiry, they sort it out quickly and efficiently.

The facilities are enough for my needs for now, so all is good.

Close to town and two train stations, bus links not far off as well. Within short driving distance of Lidl/Aldi/Sainsbury's and a few convenience stores in the immediate area. Good range of food outlets around as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. There was some delay in dealing with one maintenance issue but it got resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Little miscommunication about Internet in the building caused some annoyance but that's about it.

Amazing access to shops such as co-op Sainsbury’s- Lidl regent road shopping complex, tjmaxx hombaegains, JD and gyms 2 McDonald’s within short

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dave came to repaint my walls due to water stains and fix my window handles and ledges. He got the Job really swiftly and left my apartment feel new once again. Always a pleasure

It’s a good walk from the city centre and nigh life.
