The Area is well served with Trams and Bus and good walking distance to Manchester City Center. There are a cycle lane just nearby that allowed to reach work places nearby very easily in a environmental friendly way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issues reported, except one that is structure related, has been so far, solved in a very fair reasonable timescale according to the priority ranked.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have just wished that I knew this place before!

Enough around locally, a few gems if you look. Walk to the centre is short if you want more though! Parking is a bit tough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to fix our fridge, and quick to repair some issues after reviews.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's a little tough to get parking in the vuilding, and the local options aren't great either, but hoping that will be fixed soon.

Plenty of local amenities (close to retail park and mcr city centre). Parking is available and feels like a safe area. Currently a fair bit of construction noise as they are building a developmebt next to us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

especially great maintenance. Dave did a great job with the work we needed doing - speedy & polite. Best mates with our dog as well

Peel Park is a great dogwalking spot only 10 mins away

The area has good amenities nearby and well connected to public transport. Not a lot of traffic goes through here so it’s nice and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded to my inquiry very quickly and the problem was resolved the next day by Dave on the maintenance team

The transport links and shops are easily accessible. The streets are safe and bin collection very efficient. No record of anti-social behaviors. We are not disturbed by traffic noise at anytime.

Promptly and efficiently . There is a good attention to details. All issues are usually well attend to.

The neighborhood ambience is very good. Neighbours are courteous and mind their brown business.
