The Area is well served with Trams and Bus and good walking distance to Manchester City Center. There are a cycle lane just nearby that allowed to reach work places nearby very easily in a environmental friendly way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issues reported, except one that is structure related, has been so far, solved in a very fair reasonable timescale according to the priority ranked.

I have just wished that I knew this place before!

Good local amenities in terms of shops and transport. The lack of parking spaces is an issue, especially with new properties opening in the area soon.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very promptly. The current management team have been very helpful.

I can’t think of anything good or bad that I’d have wished to have known.

Lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around which is really convenient. Parking is easy and available transport links

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dave did an excellent job fixing my shower leak. He was professional and efficient. The repair was done quickly and the shower works perfectly fine now. Thank you!

How big the actual apartment is and what it looks like would be better

Short walk to Manchester City Centre, with a park and supermarket also within walking distance. Convenient location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent, in some case maintenance requests have been resolved within 2 hours of raising. We had a whole oven replace due to an issue with the grill the same day we raised the request! Vincent and Dave were both really helpful and efficient with both of our major issues in move in week, can’t thank them enough.

Really would recommend this type of development if you want to be well looked after by management and staff

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is lovely. In all the months I spent here, I experienced no issues with noise etc. It’s close to several shops and lovely resturants as well as a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Parking availability is great and cheap, which is unlike Manchester.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Only issues I encountered were from subcontracted construction contractors. However, the Oxbow team resolved any queries on the same day.

I wish I knew how much was around the area! I feel like i wasted months of not exploring. It wasn’t until near the end of my tenancy where i found out so many amazing things around the area.
