Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good pubs within approx 25min walk. Some artisan shops in village. Good access to large supermarkets by car.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure all communication is in writing, this could have saved a lot of aggravation later

What is the best feature of your home:

Location to public transport - super easy for Merseyrail or motorway

The houses are well designed and the site plan has been well thought out

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are very close to a rail link serving Chester and Liverpool, as well as motorway links to Manchester and North Wales. Shops are 5-10 minutes away. There are plenty of local pubs and restaurants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check everything ASAP when moving in otherwise you will have to fight the case further down the line. I would also suggest a professional snagger.

What is the best feature of your home:

The use of space. Every part of the house maximises space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station with great links to Liverpool, Chester and beyond. Limited bus service, stops outside the development but only one bus stops a few times a day not great if you don’t drive. Lovey countryside and walks around the development. Busy main road with lots of cars speeding and lack of lighting and good pavements for walking, quite dangerous in the dark. Lack of local facilities, as with a lot of new developments the local authorities / government have allowed a development to go ahead without putting in any provision for community facilities, meaning that unless you use your car, which adds to pollution etc. you are a bit cut off. The nearest shops / cafes are in Willaston village which is just under 2 miles away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If we were purchasing a new build again, we would employe the services of a professional snagger as many of the quality/finishing issues are not immediately obvious. Ensure you get all promises, offers, timetable of work in writing so you have evidence of what has been said. Make sure you have throughly viewed the development plans and plans for your house before you purchase.

What is the best feature of your home:

The good design. Aspect of house. Good room size, wide stairs and sturdy build.
