It is a great area because it is in the city centre where everything is available for me. The tram in front of our apartment would also be beneficial
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast. I had a problem with my windows not closing and they handled it very quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would've asked about the noise as it is next to a big road. The cars there are sometimes noisy but the windows are quite good on blocking the sound
