Close to Perry Park and Perry Hall Park which is great for dog walks. Bus stops very close and Perry Barr train station now up and running, making journeys into Birmingham quick and easy.

Yes, responses are usually within a few days and an engineer within a couple of weeks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You can try a spot of fishing at Brookvale Park or take a lakeside stroll at Witton Lakes Park. It has varied range of quality of local shops, restaurants and open spaces. It has good number of everyday amenities including shops, newsagents, restaurants, and takeaways. There is easy access to Birmingham, Solihull, Royal Leamington Spa and Coventry with excellent links to the rail and road networks and motorways. So it’s convenience with the availability of transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the building management responded to the problems and issues we have raised sinece moving in. It’s still ongoing. The building management and property management is by Persimmon homes and there is regular maintenance as required. However, the customer experience needs improvement. The building management and property management is reasonably priced with an annual fee.

The management has responded very quickly to any enquiries that I have had

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The actual size if the garden. Some plans can me misinterpreted due to fences and doors being accounted for.
