We do need more facilities locally, a post box, cafe or something similar. The area for children is great, lots of local parks and green spaces which is great. Traffic noise is to a minimum and there are local bus links into the town from the top of the estate.

That the house at the end of the garden has a window that looks into our property.

What is the best feature of your home:

That we have separate utility and a large lounge area.

Great area to live in. So far it was great.

Good play area. Bad parking, no visitors spaces except the play field

Our property is situated on the edge of the development with views of trees and beyond that open fields leading across to hanwell village so we are very lucky to have beautiful walks on our door step. We have a sainsburys metro only a 5 Minute walk and a football pitch on our estate. I would love to see a pub/restaurant built up our end as further developments continue. Parking on the estate is very poor.

I wish we had done our private survey of the property prior to moving in as ours highlighted over 250 snags.

What is the best feature of your home:

We are lucky to have a reasonably big garden in comparison to other houses of the same size in our development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is nice, friendly people, feel safe to walk around at night. Plenty of shops and amenities near by.

We would have consider school catchment areas as we only fall into one at present.

What is the best feature of your home:

Our favourite feature is that was have a large garden.

Good proximity to Banbury but far enough that it feels quiet which I love. Love my street as we are tucked away overlooking foliage. The street is really quiet and bin collections are prompt every Friday! Absolutely no anti social behaviour or traffic noise so it’s a lovely place to raise our young family.

I feel like I was well informed so don’t have a comment.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location 100%. It really is so quiet but still close enough to everything and I love that.
