Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area is great! There’s little traffic noise, which makes it peaceful. The local shops and restaurants are of high quality, and there are plenty of options to choose from. Plus, there's a bus stop just around the corner, making transport very convenient. Overall, the facilities are excellent, and I really enjoy the open spaces nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always come very quick and have great communication!

Get a flat that's around the back rather than one that forward facing the traffic

Safe area neighbours are really quite mostly professionals it seems. Secure car parking. Bins are regularly collected but can over flow causing rats

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Respond quickly once any report has been made. Easy to report online

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no garden area and no visitor parking so can be a bit inconvenient

Lovely street with loads of bars and restaurants No noise that I have heard despite being next to a bar

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have raised issues over stolen parcels and asking to check CCTV and we were told that they can’t do that which was a shame because it’s a reoccurring pattern

You can’t really get parcels delivered as they don’t come to your door they leave them in the open area down the stairs so you need to always have parcels sent to a click and collect

Good - Great location, walking distance away to at least 4 shops in vicinity, train station, university, bus stop, gym and yoga nearby etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Attention to urgent maintenance requests is swift and quick

There is limited space in the bathroom for hygiene products

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is good - close proximity to shops and nightlife - close proximity to varied restaurants - close to parks and universities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Small issues are dealt with quickly however larger we’re faced when moving in that were not satisfactorily dealt with.

The flats varies in size despite being listed the same
