Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We bought a bungalow 18 months ago and I had the foresight to engage an independent architect to crawl over said bungalow, this could not be done until after completion. The architect found up to 30 problems and since occupation we have found another 12 at least My husband has written to the new CEO but was not given the courtesy of a reply Yet more problems have appeared and a letter has been sent to customer services, still no reply !!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not had the courtesy of any reply written or verbal

Had we received the results of my initial architects report we would not have completed no wonder it is only available post completion

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of green areas, local train station to the city, easy access to a motorway, and it's very quiet area

New build houses have a lot of settling issues with cracks, sticking doors and other things which require aftermarket care or DIY to fix

The garden was lumpy which makes mowing the lawn quite difficult.

Regency fields is in a good commuter location with 2 train stations within walking distance. There is a local convenience shop and Dickens Heath is also within walking distance which provides some bars and restaurants as well as a Tesco Express.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Miller have responded quickly to any issues we have had

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Expect lots of cracks to appear as the house settles - these can be quickly fixed with filler or by the after sales team.

Good rangeOf local shops and amenities within easy reach Very good transport links to Birmingham But still retains a semi Rurel outlook The street is very quiet with ample parking for vehicles bin collection is not perfect as the bins need to be taken to a collection point

Ask for soundproofing in the utility in particular and the whole house ideally

House needs better soundproofing and privacy at the rear is not great

Very nice area to live in but if you don't drive its not very easy to get around school are close but shopping centres are really far
