It is great for people like myself who are in early stages of their career and working in london. It provides good connection to seafront and town providing you don't mind not owning a car. These flats are relatively safe however i would not say they are for families

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good, close to two main train stations that lead to London as well as town centre which is full of shops and restaurants. In addition, great transport links to airports (Stansted and southend) and main hospital is around the corner. Main issue is the lack of parking spaces and given that not all flats come with one it makes it extremely challenging to own a car.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, very poor service. Lifts are always broken, garden is not usable as it is falling apart and gym overall management of area is not great.

Please note that there are lack of car spaces and management fees are extremely high which may prevent the buyer from reselling the property

Very central location - close to town and rail links for commuting to London. We have a small convenience store attached to the development and did have a coffee shop, though this is not currently open due to Covid. Not enough spaces for all residents so we have to park 5 min walk away. Fair amount of traffic but to be expected living on a min road into the town centre.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the water would not always work and would shit off without warning!

What is the best feature of your home:

We have a utility room - lots of extra storage space!

Great location. 10 minutes from town and 5 from the station. Good bike storage area. Parking provided but somewhat limited.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Who the landlord was. We didn't know who owned this place and it would have been great to know that it was a company rather than an individual who owned this unit

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The property agents and management company. We have had a leak in our flat that has gone unfixed for 8 weeks now.

Very good locations, close to shops inc a small groceries within a minutes walk, very close to the railway station and bus stop.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking can be a problem, sometimes someone within the complex parks in your space, usually because someone has parked in their space. It would be better with gates that open for cars to and from the carpark so it's more secure, there are spates of bicycle thieving from the outside bike racks and they can easily enter and leave under the barriers.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is fabulous but as I can only name one best feature, I'd say the bathroom, it's very modern, the tiles look smart and are easy to clean, the shaped bath is a lovely touch, it's very comfortable snd the extractor is excellent.

Lovely property and building and facilities. Great location. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach front

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Needs improvement due to water issues and cleaning of the windows

All positive specially with the local shop down stairs and stays open till 8pm
