Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nothing within walking distance other then a traveller's site. No bus service no shops no post box...completely soulless estate

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With bullying and threats. Keepmoat will threaten you with court and lie about legal matters if you go against them

Keepmoat Review

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are no amenities. No bus route. I found the sales team were very sneaky about the houses sold to housing associations. I do not have an issue but I would rather have been told and provided who they were sold to so I am able to make the relevant complaints to the correct people as I have complained to the council and it is no owned by them or Cross Keys Homes which is the main provider in Peterborough. The estate constantly smells of weed. Our drive also gets blocked as it’s a corner plot on a cul de sac lots of people park in front of in and think it’s ok as it’s not across a dropped kerb. No white lines have been placed there to make this clear. Very poor building management. I do like the design I feel the houses aren’t too crowded. Nice sized gardens. Not too big estate

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All responded in a quick manner and came to do them in a good timeframe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The houses being sold off as temporary accommodation on our street.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are missing a local shop on the development and bus links however it is close to city centre which is good. Very quiet traffic noise along our street. Parking is good. Nil antisocial behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly very well but we have outstanding issues with our garden.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Travellers site on the development and topography report of the land

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One small park for the whole estate not very good. Parking is limited for 2 car families & the development is not local to much, closest shop is a 15min walk away and no bus route to town centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing ever submitted to them. However others have and response has not been helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have like to seen more shop / children’s facilities developed
