Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There hasn’t been any local shops in walkable distance since we had moved in but I can see that there is now a co-op being build on the estate which will be very helpful now. There isn’t really maybe restaurants but I don’t mind that. Bin collects are very regular. Only problem is the HS2 noise which is all day every day which can be very annoying when living so close to it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had to have any building management so I don’t have an answer for this section

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I new how close they are going to be building the hs2 to the estate. I might of though twice about moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Estate is well located on A38. Shops around lichfield convenient but a drive. Lichfield is a nice city. Traffic through lichfiled can be bad at peak times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

check the sun is in the garden in the afternoon. There are lots in the estate with dark gardens.

We have a great plot, check shared drives and areas

We have lots of places to park, and lots of places to walk things to do. We have walked many a time into Lichfield from home and it’s stunning.

I wished I had known about the parking with the school

The parking from the school and parks outside property however in time the estate may change and add yellow lines

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shopping just over a mile away, shorter if walking through the estate. The area earmarked fie shops and community centre, easily accessible. Some cars do park on the path even though there is ample parking. The open spaces on the estate are awesome.

Nothing to add i had ample time to view my property.

Great access to local town and train station but no local walkable corner shops near by only main supermarkets l. Parking is great lovely and quiet no noise

The road traffic from a38 when sitting in garden is a bit noisy but not terribly bad

How quiet is it as a neighbourhood and safe to be living in
