Royal Connaught Park, WD23

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Royal Connaught Park is located near a large shopping centre in Watford. It is also near parks, the train station and other amenities such as Costco, restaurants, pubs etc. The properties have their own car parks with additional visitors spaces. In general, Royal Connaught Park is a very pleasant and peaceful place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most problems that I have encountered have been resolved in a timely manner.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A wonderful plave to live, 20 mins walk or a 5 min drive to Bushey Station, 18 mins on a fast train to Euston. Fantastic for country walks and very quiet. Each flat/house has 2 parking spaces and social behavious no problem whatsoever

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always dealt responsibly and promptly to any issues we're had

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

such a suppprtive community, we have made so may friends since living here

The shops and restaurants are a 25 minute walk away which isn't great but the development is in a lovely green area with buses available. Bin collections are good, no antisocial behaviour and no traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As I said before they're not very transparent about charges but we have a good residents association who work hard on our behalf

I'd like my patio to have been south facing. Something I didn't think about before buying

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I was told the area was great and within easy reach of everything but in fact it's impossible to get in and out without a car, even though I was told I could walk and there were buses. The traffic here is dreadful because the development is too big and half the time I can't even get out.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially they agreed to help but they're now ignoring me, and my neighbours have the same issue

How dreadful Comer Homes were. That once they have your money they don't care

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brilliant development with a very supportive community, several whats app groups. Wonderful grounds, approx 65 acres, Easy walk to Bushey Station, sveral of the big supermarkets very close by including Costco, not aware of any anto social behaviour or traffic noise and regular bin collections. A very nice place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally good for small matters, but with difficulty and only after raising any problems multiple times for major issues

all in all a great place to live with a very good quality of life
