Positives is it’s a nice place to live, no trouble not much traffic good parking and close to Selby train station. Bad aspects is there aren’t many good food places nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded to our issues quickly when we flagged snags within the house

I wish I knew what I wanted from my house, for example a garage or downstairs storage cupboard

Good place to live, no real anti social behaviour, quite street, parking isn't so great but manageable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes although they definitely take there time addressing things

There isn't anything I wished I had if known if I'm honest

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is in a lovely village, with a pub, local shops, cafe and chip shop. There is a primary school and child care centre within the village, all of which are a short walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In some cases they have created more issues by sending untrained labourers to do the job of trained builders.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have paid for a professional snagging service and had them attend the address prior to completion.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area but parking issues and lots of dogs always barking. The bus service is very good so helpful if you can drive

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have but it took a very long time and numerous emails

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That is isn't great for children to play put. Too much traffic and bad parking

There is a nice pub round the corner and a connivence store. Selby not to far away. Not much trouble or anti social behaviour, nice place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We created a snagging list when we moved in and they were all actioned.

Before I moved in I wish I knew how long the developer would take to finish the estate because we was one of the first few houses
