Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Range and locality of shops are within easy reach, as are open spaces. Due to past/current covid restrictions restaurants have not been open for business. Local pubs are great. The street itself is adequate, due to the location it is quiet with minimal traffic noise, with ample parking for residents, however no visitor parking off road, so any visitors have to park on the streets, which cause congestion for both pedestrians and vehicles. Bin collections are regular, with a timetable issued from the local council, informing of changes due to holidays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been helpful and accomodating, fixing any issues we have had

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Delays are to be expected, the initial proposed move date is very optimistic and deliveries you have booked within the timeframe are not allowed to be held on site, meaning costly time delays to furniture etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is lovely and you can’t hear too much traffic noise which is pleasant. Would be nice if there was more visitor parking spaces - the roads feel narrow so when there are cars parked on either side it can get tight. I would also like to see more local restaurants and bars, possibly even be added to Uber eats so we are part of their delivery location. Overall I really like the development and the area but it would be nice for more local facilities to be made available.

They have been helpful and accommodating, fixing any issues we have had.

There are always delays so don’t order any big items for the original move in day as it probably won’t be the actual date you move in, especially if you are first time buyers using help to buy.

Great local area, close to shops, parks and everything we need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had to chase up some things but mostly prompt and sorted.

Poor garden soil quality and drainage.

Plenty of open spaces with the woodland trail nearby. Local ships and takeaways are also excellent with a lot of variety

The garden is clay soil and takes a lot of work to dig out/ level.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the open plan kitchen and the double drive outside the front door

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This home is in a great location, nice and desirable, you can not hear any traffic from the estate. Local transport is accessible eg, tram & busses.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and efficient, helpful and willing to sort issues as fast as possible.

I wish i knew how friendly the community surrounding is.
